We are here to cultivate spaces of radical welcome where every person may come as they are, be met with dignity, compassion, acceptance, and love, and know that they belong. Through Individual Awareness and Mutual Understanding, we nurture healing, connection, spiritual growth, and authentic transformation, allowing each person to unfold more fully into who they are meant to become.
We honor the uniqueness of every person and recognize our differences as sources of strength, wisdom, and connection.
By welcoming the full diversity of human experience, we deepen mutual understanding and enrich both individual lives and the community we create together.

We believe meaningful change begins within the individual, but it does not end there. Greater awareness changes how we meet ourselves. Greater understanding changes how we meet one another. Those changes ripple outward through relationships, families, neighborhoods, communities, and generations.

IAMU grew from a shared belief that people change most deeply when they are given room to be seen, heard, challenged, supported, and welcomed without having to pretend to be someone else.
Jen brings 16 years of experience in spiritual community work & lifestyle coaching, women’s circles, Reiki, grief work, healing practice, community facilitation and has been ministering for 7 years. Her work centers on creating spaces where people can soften, connect, and rediscover their own capacity for healing and belonging.
Jerry brings 5 years of experience in spiritual & personal coaching, facilitating men’s circles, ceremony, sound bath practice, contemplative work, community building and 2 years of ministry service. His work focuses on honest conversation, self-awareness, personal responsibility, and creating spaces where people can meet themselves and one another more fully.

Finding the right home for IAMU took time. We sought a place that could support the community we envisioned—one grounded in openness, compassion, spiritual exploration, and respect for the many paths through which people discover meaning and connection.
We found that home in the (accessible) lower level of Unity of Salem. IAMU Collective is an independent organization and is not operated by or formally affiliated with Unity; we rent and care for our own gathering space within its building. While our organizations remain distinct, we are grateful to share a location with a spiritual community whose values of inclusion, personal growth, and loving service resonate deeply with our own.
Here, IAMU is able to grow into its own identity while offering a welcoming place for people to gather, heal, explore, and belong.
