Community Grand Gathering

Held on the 4th Sunday of each month @ 4:00 pm

Come join us for our first Community Grand Gathering on October 25th!  

We are so excited to see you all here!  Jen and Jerry have worked tirelessly to bring forward this community gathering of friends, neighbors and spiritual family.  All are welcome including the kids and we've got a little area where they can play and color.  Children are welcome to participate in our interactive discussions as well - we love to hear their voices, perspectives and ideas!

What to Expect

• Live (and ALIVE) music while we open the gathering and find our seats

• Opening greeting and blessings

• An introduction to IAMU - Our Mission and Vision

• Topical message of the day and interactive community conversation

• Group  singing, celebration and led meditation

• Closing blessing

• Open acoustic drum and music circle

Donations are appreciated* (but never required) to support the cost of space and the growth of IAMU

*We are working on our non-profit status.  While your donations are graciously accepted and appreciated, they won't yet be tax deductible.

Reiki Share 

Held on the 2nd Saturday of each month @ 10 am - 12 pm

Come join us for Reiki Share, it's quite the experience!  If you've had Reiki before, well have you been treated by multiple practitioners at the same time?  A Reiki hammock is like no other!  If you haven't had Reiki before this is the place to learn about it and have an experience of your own!

What to Expect

Depending on how many folks attend, we might have as many as four or five massage tables going with up to four people at each one.  Gentle music is played in sets lasting about 15 minutes and each person gets a turn on the table for a 15-minute Reiki session, provided by up to three or four practitioners, what a treat!

Who's going to be there

This Reiki share is attended by Reiki masters and practitioners, and is open to all levels of knowledge ~ including the curious; and those who've never received or practiced Reiki are welcome!

What to bring:

No need to bring much more than yourself, just dress comfortably, bring water and a light blanket & pillow if you like.

$5 - $15 Suggested donation (No one is turned away from this Reiki share for lack of funds)

Sound Bath

Held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month @ 7pm - 830pm

Come join us for a traditional soundbathing experience!  With a large library of traditional Tibetan sound bowls, Solfeggio precision tuned chimes, bells, tingshaw, large and small gongs and crystal bowls tuned to the natural 432hz scale... no two sound baths are the same.  Offering chakra bridging, energy balancing, led meditations and occasionally augmented by our Reiki Master-Teacher, each sound bath offers a uniquely rich experience of relaxation and flow; allowing our body, mind and spirit the opportunity to settle into their peak-state for inner transformation and wellness.

What to bring:

We all lie on the floor, so be sure to bring a cushy mat or blanket, pillow and top blanket if you like... and don't forget your water!  Even though this is a bath, you have to bring your own water.  😄

Salem Soul Sisters - A Women's Circle

Held on the 3rd Thursday of each month  @ 630 pm - 8 pm

Established in 2019, The Salem Soul Sisters women's group is a welcoming women’s circle centered on connection, spiritual exploration, ceremony and mutual support.

The FORGE - A Men's Circle

Held on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month (In person 1st Tuesday and Online 3rd Tuesdays)

Come into the fire and leave with the FLAME! The FORGE is a spiritual & personal development workshop for men of all walks of life—men from different backgrounds, beliefs, ages, experiences, and seasons of becoming.
